Replacement of lights should be consistent with colonial style architectural. The following fixtures (available at Home Depot) are approved without the necessity to submit an Architectual Change Request:

The allowed color/styles are "GAF Weathered Wood" and "GAF Barkwood".  Please be sure you submit an architectural request to be certain of compliance.

Exterior paint colors must be matched  as closely as possible to each building's original colors (with doors matching others in that building).  The below files include a list of original building colors, of which many no longer go by the same name.

Verified colors are listed in the 'confirmed' column.  Otherwise, please obtain color samples and match them yourself as best possible. if you find one that matches well, please let us know and we will add it to the table.  Note that any paint store should be able to match colors from other manufactures.
